My name is Neal Dias, a former employee of Verizon.  Ever since my wrongful termination at Verizon, I have made it my purpose to expose Verizon for what they are.  I have reached out to the world by posting a blog page that had acquired over 13,000 people all over the world to read it, and each day it has grown.  My blog address if you want to view is: justicefor7’s blog.  If possible, post my blog page link on to your site, as this will allow all your members to view my story.

I have been able to speak to so many of your members and the members of the CWA as well that are employed by Verizon.  I will not stop my cause, to expose Verizon in every way possible.

I have decided to contact all the 11 Districts International Vice Presidents, in hope that you can help our cause to pass on this link to help a bill become law.

Next week, I will begin a commitment to emailing a letter that I have been working on about Verizon, and workplace bullying, to each and every politician in every State across this Country.

I will let them know, the magnitude of what it does to each and every family involved.  I will show them the ignorance of Verizon’s statements in depositions, on how they support workplace bullying, and the management who enforces it.

I will ask them to support a National Healthy Workplace Bill, to improve our society, and improve the health of so many.  I will provide them with endless ruthless examples of what Verizon did to me, and continue to do to my family as well as others.

I will also reach out to the media, to continue to expose Verizon, and use them as a forefront to this cause.

Verizon’s money buys them the right to bully, abuse and sabotage families.  As history in the bible has shown us, time and time again, even the most powerful leaders and countries, fell because of greed and misused power.

Verizon will fall, and so will their bullies.

On a side note, I was invited as a guess speaker, to a press conference in Albany New York on April 30th, 2012 to speak about my story of harassment, bullying, retaliation, discrimination and racism while working at Verizon.  I was invited by the “New York Healthy Workplace Advocates, who is pressing a bill, trying to get it into law.  The link is below, hopefully the IBEW / CWA can support the bill, and pass it along to their members.  Here is the link: http://nyhwa.org/index.html, pass it onto your members in support of this National Bill.

This bill will indeed help, each and every member under your leadership, no matter what company they work for.

If possible, maybe the area CWA / IBEW can attend the press conference as well.  If this is possible, please let me know, and I will get the details out.

I had recently turned over a few documents to the IBEW in Marlboro Massachusetts, including some federal depositions, that will harm Verizon in out area.  If you feel you have to check out my creditability, my story or to see how I treated your union members, call the hall at 508-947-2131.

Sincerely yours,

Neal Dias
