The decision was handed down today. Verizon was “DENIED” their appeal to stop me from seeking justice, for their injustice. The Federal Courts handed down their decision today in my families favor.

The original decision that was granted to me in July stands to have a trial stayed in place.
I will have my day in court against Verizon. This day is for all that have suffered from the hands of Verizon.

I am so thankful to my justice system, for allowing me my day for my voice to be heard, more than they can ever imagine.

A blessing from God, it was.

Jeremiah 22:3
Thus says the Lord: Do justice and righteousness, and deliver from the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And do no wrong or violence to the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.

I will be busy preparing for trial, but a good busy, and as promised I will let you all know the trial date, as so many supporters wanted to come.

Thank you all so much for such support during this harsh time in my family’s life!

“The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”
