Verizon over billing their customers is a Federal Charge – did you know that?

 

Verizon has been caught on many occasions by many of their customers, and sued as well for Over Billing.  Why do they consistently do it and never correct their actions?  Here is your answer.

Verizon has 70.8 million customers (refer to link C) and when you over bill each customer $1, that $70.8 million dollars a month on over billing, without you even knowing, but they do it with intent.  Now take $70,800,000 x 12 months, that’s $849,600,000 in profit in over billing each customer $1.

Did you know that Verizon often does not even pay their taxes as they get enormous tax breaks (refer to B), but still charge you each customer all these state and federal fees (refer to link A).

The amount of lawsuit (even from the justice department), are endless, so many that I don’t have the time to place all the links or get them from pacer!

Verizon over billing can cause historical fines, imprisonment, conspiracy and federal mail fraud charges which are criminal.  It is a federal fine once Verizon places a stamp on the envelope and possible jail time.  Over charging clients, contractors, sub-contractors, the federal and state government is considered “Mail fraud and Racketeering.”

 

Verizon has full knowledge of their overbilling practices and count on consumers to be stupid, plain and simple.

If you or anyone you know is a Verizon customer please look at your bills, pass this post on, and let the world know how much Verizon is stealing from you, and its CRIMINAL!

Companies over bill often with intent and anticipation that there customers are ignorant and will overlook it, and simply pay it.  Verizon has done this often, and when you have millions of customers that you bill monthly, there is a major profit to make, and it’s time to confront them.

 

As a consumer many people do not know what to do, and to go at it alone with no backing against a company like Verizon, it’s a very tough run, but in numbers the consumers can and will win!

Your bill is proof, so do not throw them away.

 

First and foremost you need to ask the FBI headquarters in Washington, DC to open an investigation and request that they open Verizon’s Books based on this evidence for:

  • Over billing consumers
  • Conspiracy and federal mail fraud charges
  • And mail fraud and racketeering

 

Two, you need to contact the FCC in Washington DC as well to provided them with your complaint as well as to open an investigation and request that they open Verizon’s Books based on this evidence for;

  • Over billing consumers
  • Conspiracy and federal mail fraud charges
  • And mail fraud and racketeering

Three, you need to contact the U.S. Justice Department in Washington, DC as well to provided them with your complaint as well as to open an investigation and request that they open Verizon’s Books based on this evidence for;

  • Over billing consumers
  • Conspiracy and federal mail fraud charges
  • And mail fraud and racketeering

 

 

In the process I will put this out to several large law firms in the country and possibly see if they can place another class action suit on Verizon for multi-millions of dollars based on the opening of Verizon’s Books and resolve this criminal conspiracy by Verizon for all their customers.

In the near future there will be a web site that is being built as we speak that will have exact detailed evidence on all Verizon’s misfortunes and wrongdoings, including a tracking chart and blog on each and every Bullying Managers they have within their company.  I will continue to expose Verizon for all they have done to so many, and have gotten away with it! 

 

Money and Power will not decide injustice any longer, IT IS OUR RIGHT AS CITIZENS OF THE COUNTRY TO FIGHT BACK!
