Friends,

I wanted to say thank you for always checking up on me and my family, it is greatly appreciated. We are doing ok as things are settling down from the Verizon Workplace Bullying Case.  We are trying to see what our futures have in store for us as we are rebuilding.  We have loss so much and each day I think how sad it was that I once respected my company that I worked so hard for, Verizon to end up hating the company and so many evil managers that still are employed there.

My wife often tells me to pray for them, and to forgive them for what they have done to us, but I do not see that happening. I know that I am not supposed to wish evil on them, but I do and it’s hard not to as I watch my family do without each day.

Today 4 months later were still awaiting the appeal decision from the Federal Court Judges and pray each day that it is decided in our favor.

So may thoughts have crossed my mind as I struggle with watching my family struggle each day because of the harmful acts and wrongful termination from Verizon! To lose a case in court against people that are born evil, is more discouraging that the loss itself. Evil people never care of the impact of others, and this is why Verizon has for so long kept evil managers like the ones I was forced to deal with.

I don’t ever regret standing up for the victims on these managers union or non-union, it was my calling and I will always believe that what I did was right. I could not watch as other were targeting them for fun and in a retaliatory manner, just to inflict pain and because they felt they had the power tom and the support from Verizon, Verizon HR, Verizon Security and other Evil Managers.

We as a nation cannot allow others to be harmed in our presence without saying to Workplace Bullies and true assholes – STOP!

So many good employees lost their jobs, lives, homes and families because of their evil acts and jealously of their peers, and it has to end.

So today I just wanted to give you an update that we are ok, and I am just preparing other phases on exposing Verizon and these Verizon managers once my appeal is complete, and I know my fate.

I am not going anywhere promise, as I will continue to help workplace bullying victims if Verizon and others outside of Verizon until we have a level playing field and laws are written to help so many.

There is more fight in me, and I never quit!

Ty
