Civil Rights and Anti-Bullying Leadership Summit:

I was recently invited to speak at the “Civil Rights and Anti-Bullying Leadership Summit” in Hartford Connecticut.  The Commission of Human Rights and Opportunities is putting this summit on.  It is co-sponsored by the “State of Connecticut on Human Rights and Opportunities and the Office of Protection and Advocacy for Person with Disabilities.”

This summit will take place this Thursday August 9, 2012.  This is such an honor for me, and an opportunity to share my personal experience once again to the world, about the effects of workplace bullying and what Verizon had done to me.

My personal experience at Verizon, has allowed me to help others all across this country, even though my family and I have suffered to so much.  Thursday I hope to continue to progress in this battle against Workplace Bulling, in hopes to one day pass the “Healthy Workplace Bill” in Law.

What an honor to be on the stage with some of the states most elite and professionals in this subject.

The Plan to change the “Violence at Verizon:”

Over the past few months, I have learned so many things in the process of seeking justice not only for myself, but for others.

It journey has taken a toll on me, and my life, but in a great way.  The people that I have had the opportunity to communicate with over these past eight months since releasing my story to the world, have been just breathtaking.  I have been so gifted, to have been giving the blessings from God to make a difference in their lives, as they have in mine.

I truly wish I could look each and everyone in the eye and thank them for giving me more strength, and support to keep this fight alive.

I have never in a millions years could have ever though; my story would make such an impact, as it has only has just begun.

This past weekend I traveled south, to meet with some very powerful and courageous men that work for Verizon.  I listened to their stories, and we shared ideas on how we as a team can help not only to change Verizon’s illegal acts towards their employees, but eventually change other companies in the process.

I shared what I believed to be a very positive and strategic plan to implement Verizon from the inside.  A strategy, only they at Verizon have utilized from the turn of time.  As I began to think of a way that I can change the behaviors, and help each and every Verizon employee past, present and future – it came to me.

I though it was great, and too great to be honest with you, so I kept it to myself.  I waited until I can expose this plan, to a group of people that I felt had the power to implement it, to help the mass employees at Verizon.

I was please to announce, the idea was astonishing to these great men.  I cannot divulge in what will happen, or what the play is as of yet, but I know this.  ONE year from now, Verizon will have met its match.

My team will have handed over the power to the people that work for Verizon, for the first time ever in the history of this company’s existence.  What we are gong to do will make history, and we will never be forgotten.

When in fact we prove this procedure works at Verizon, we will relinquish it to other employees that work for other companies to help them, drastically reduce workplace bullying, racism, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination or any other abusive or unacceptable behaviors within a workplace.

The time is now, and the time is forever.

My family’s pain and suffering will eventually pay dividends for the mass.

In history books all over the world, kingdoms that thought they would never fall, FELL.

For the believers, even the bible states: Kingdoms will fall when led by greed.”

1 Corinthians 6:9, 10 and Ephesians 5:5 tell us that ‘greedy persons will NOT inherit God’s Kingdom’.
It’s so serious that in Ephesians 5:3 Paul said: “Let fornication and uncleanness of every sort or greediness not even be mentioned among you”

At Ephesians 4:17-19, 28 we’re told that rather than becoming greedy, wanting something that’s not ours, we should work hard to buy our own, and have extra to give others in need.

1 Corinthians 5:11 tells Christians not to even associate with a greedy person,
Titus 1:7,8 and 1 Timothy 3:8 tell us that anyone who is in a leadership position in the true Christian congregation, must NOT be greedy.

In the ‘last days’ JUST before God steps in with his Kingdom, to end all the problems in the world, one of the signs of the times would be greed. The Bible says: “In the last days……men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money…” 2 Tim 3:1-5.
And this is what we see today.

Greed is pretty much at the root of the world’s problems today.
Satan, once a perfect angel, became greedy, desiring to have people worship HIM instead of God. He got Adam and Eve to follow him instead of the creator, thus setting himself up as an opposing god. (2 Corin 4:3,4) His greed ultimately lead to the death of all mankind.

Verizon and so many companies lost the value or a person, and the worth of their employees.  Through this, abusive and intolerable conditions were accepted and became norm.

Verizon’s greed and too much power will be their downfall.  History tells us, it will happen when all men and woman come together for a cause.

Verizon, as I stated on July 14, 2011 (in Boston Massachusetts as I was sitting across the table form all you great looking and dressed lawyers), as you continued to BULLY ME,  “I will make sure the world knows what you did to my family, and I will not go away.”  I am a Marine with incredible passion to never give up. So this time, will be your last.

One year from now, justice will be in the hands of all your employees.  Your fear tactics, to continue abusing your employees, will one day become obsolete, I promise you this!

New Press Release – as of June 11, 2012

There is a new press release that was just posted about my story, on how Verizon treated me.  It is now on the main page for the “Massachusetts Healthy Workplace Advocate” wed site.

One step at a time, justice will come.  It is important to continue this fight, each day, each week and each year until progress and justice is made!  I will not stand aside, and allow Verizon employees so many other employees throughout this country suffer, like my family and I have.

I am so thankful for the “New York” and “Massachusetts” – Healthy Workplace Advocates, who have given me the opportunity to be heard.

Here is the link, to my story, and 6 others from Massachusetts.  Please read it, and pass it along to friends and co-workers.

Sexual Harassment at Verizon:

Today Verizon wrote up a female linewoman by the name of, “Leeann St. Pierre” out of New Bedford Massachusetts.  Leeann (a female) outside technician had to use the restroom at the end of the day, before driving 30 minutes back to the garage.

Leeann (being a woman), not having the same opportunity in which a male lineman (including myself) has.  Often when lineman had to go to the restroom, the male lineman can and have always went to the restroom in the field.  They use the double doors, and close themselves off from the public and go.

Leeann and her female partner cannot respectfully do this, and if caught could be prosecuted for as a sexual offender. Leeann was written up today because she and her female partner at work could not hold it in any longer.

Leeann’s boss in New Bedford was the same manager that Leeann complained to Verizon Ethics for touching her inappropriately.  Verizon’s response when Leeann reported this sexual and unwelcome harassment was, “He only touched you once!”

A woman knows when she is being sexually harassed and touched inappropriately.  Verizon once again, ignores victims and condones sexual acts.  There treatment of woman is inexcusable.

Now (maybe it’s just me), but it seems as though Leeann is getting targeted and future harassment from this previous claim.

The ignorance of Verizon I see continues, even when there were two witnesses who came forward to support her claim of sexual harassment, and Verizon continues to protect their own.

Leeann, it will not go unnoticed.  I will post this on every woman’s page, sexual harassment pages and links.  It will go on my blogs and all over the world.

I am proud of you, and so many women will be as well.

Victims of Workplace Bullying:

From 2004 up until Verizon wrongfully terminated me in 2008 (for standing up for my rights), I was an employee at Verizon and was being brutally harassed, discriminated against, retaliated against, targeted, bullied and was forced to endure numerous racial comments then terminated for making complaints about it.

I placed my issues in Verizon’s hands, and they failed me. I placed them in the hands of the Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination, and they failed me as well. I placed them into the hands of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the failed me also. Now it is the hands of the U.S. Federal Courts – and 8 years later – I am still awaiting JUSTICE!

I learned over time, there was no law to protect people from workplace bullies. I find this unacceptable and unfair to the workers in this country, and it’s a shame. But there is something else; and I wish I knew back them that I am going to share with all of you now to help you.

There is a law, which will help you against managers that are intentionally targeting and harassing you. But before you move forward on this, check with your state and local courts and attorneys.

As I know from being an employee in Verizon, it is run improper and things need to change now. So I have made it my life’s journey to strip them and drop them to their knees, one bite at a time. So yes, it is personal!!

Over the last few weeks, I have helped a few Verizon employees press criminal charges against Verizon management, for the continued and relentless harassment that fell under the law of, “Aggravated Harassment.”

These managers had to stand in front of the judge, on these charges, and had to make a plea. They had to hire their own attorneys, and will continue to spend money out of their pockets. Verizon and the EEOC protect these horrendous Verizon managers and deny or delay justice, but the criminal courts could care less who they work for.

My opinion is this, if I had to do things over and knew about this law; I would have filed criminal charges on managers like: “Mal Benvie, Anne Best, Paul McCarthy and Patty Regan (all from the Southeast Massachusetts area for Verizon), 4 managers that deserve more than justice.

If other employees besides yourself have also had the same harassing issues, from bad managers and these managers are continuously moved around to keep protecting them (like the catholic priest were), the only way to keep tabs on their inappropriate and harassing behavior, is through court records.

As time goes, these harassing managers have a few choices:
• Keep paying for attorneys – because Verizon will not pay for their attorneys.
• Built a court and criminal record, which will either get them fired, or no one else will hire them.
• Possibly, and eventually go to jail as they may have numerous criminal complaints against them.
• Or finally STOP harassing the employees that deserve respect.

You do not have to pay for filing these charges, but these harassing manages have to pay attorney fees.

Understand this, if you begin to file criminal charges on the managers that are harassing you (remember not bullying you, as there is NO LAW to protect you from bullying) you will have a case.

Always remember:
• Always tell the truth – always
• Document everything
• And if you have witnessed, have them provide you with their statement – ASAP.

Read the information below to help you. Right now, this is your only hope, before the workplace bullying in one day a law.

You have a right to a healthy and safe work environment; sometimes you may have to fight for that right.

I listen to so many stories, each day then I came across this one.

Click on the link below and see the anger in this man’s life. Verizon should be ashamed but they do not care because Verizon will make money anyway. Their employees are just useless to them, and can be replaced.

The amount of money Verizon spends on attorneys to represent Verizon is nothing, but a drop in a bucket.

Verizon has good employees, trying to do the right thing and get punished for it, just what I did.

Filed lawsuits against Verizon or other companies for unethical practices:

I have been asked, about how do you locate the endless amount of lawsuits filed against a company, well here is the link.

I looked and found years and endless lawsuits filed against Verizon.  You will be amazed!!  This is a great site to locate people in your area, and state that have filed suit against your company especially for any Bulling / Retaliation.

Verizon has too many, but this is a great site that can help you and your attorneys when filing suit against Verizon.

Believe me, Verizon does not want you to have this access.

Directions & Link:

Leave “firm” blank – you are not an attorney – do not misrepresent yourself here – you can have a login as a private citizen

https://www.pacer.gov/psco/cgi-bin/regform.pl

I love to open my blog page, “Enough is Enough – Stop Workplace Bullying,” to see who and where the readers come from.  Each day, I get to see, “Verizon Corporate Security,” peeking at my site.  Verizon, just want let you know, I do not hide nothing from you or the world.  Your recent threats to me about suing me for SLANDER, does not scare me.

Slander is defined as, “A false and defamatory oral statement about a person.”  What I say about Verizon’s, bulling management tactics, discrimination tactics, harassment, and your racist managers are the truth.  You will no longer use any bullying tactics to EVER stop me from telling the world just what you did to me, and continue to do to others that work for you!

I do not fear you Verizon or your attorneys from “Edwards, Angell, Palmer and Dodge out of Boston.”  I do not care if they presented to me back in July of 2011 that they are in the top ten law firms in the country, I have God by my side!

If you, “Verizon” had any sense (which I see you have none), you would see that Edwards, Angell, Palmer and Dodge out of Boston, are milking you.  You pay them over $1,000 an hour billable time, for about 2 years, and still going strong. And you have allowed them to push me into exposing you for what you are, and now it is only a matter of time before you crash.  They say, you take an elephant down, one bite at a time.

As I speak, behind closed doors, I am organizing multi-million dollar suits against you helping your employees fight back, from all over the country!  People are walking your managers into court houses pressing criminal harassing charges against them.  This is not out of revenge, so please do not think it is.  This is their rights, and my commitment and obligation to help them in any manner that I can, to help them seek a justified and healthy workplace.  Since you Verizon fail at that, I will take over and help you.

You can thank, Edwards, Angell, Palmer and Dodge out of Boston, 1st manager “Mr. Malcome Benvie,” retired 1st level manager “Ms. Anne Best,” Area Manager “Mr. Laz Lopez,” Area Manager “Ms. Patty Regan,” Director “Mr. Robert Glynn,” Area Manager “Mr. Jim Fennell,” EEO – Officer “Mr Paul McGovern,” Area Manager “Mr. John Puopolo” and most of all Area Manager “Mr. Paul McCarthy  (all from the Southeast / Boston Massachusetts Area) for all your turmoil!   If you had the sense, once again, you will pull up years of documented grievances, and complaints against these ruthless individuals that have cost you probably millions in loss productivity and revenue.

Bullying, is about respect, and these managers have no respect for your hard working employees.  They also have treated managers so bad, and you have allowed it.  If by chance, anyone of your employees turn and harm your innocent employees, Verizon that blood will be on your hands.  When it came to me, the level of torment accelerated and I was targeted.  I was denied too many rights, now you will be denied peace.

I have proof, now in some on these employees above depositions compared to what was said at another time, that will lie them in jail.  They perjured themselves on Federal documents, and I have processed them to the correct criminal places.  They will be held accountable when the time is correct.  This is far from over, so I hope their lies were worth it.

You may look at me as a loud voice, but think logically for just one minute.  Would I “Neal W. Dias,” once a great and honorable employee fight this hard, and long and my story was not true.

Within one year, my cause will grow, and you will continue to be the company that will be in all the papers, media, in the halls of colleges and universities as an example of what not to do or become.  Verizon on Wall Street, you will be known as the company other CEO’s will not want to associate with.

Verizon as you spend millions on anti-bullying money in schools, and on your sites, I will post the truth everywhere about your HYPOTICAL lies and treatment of your employees.

Verizon this momentum is growing, and all for the right reason.  Today, I had realized as I was sitting in a press conference, what you did to me, will help so many others in and out of Verizon.

When you think that I am going away, that is when I am planning my next phase of exposing you – Verizon.

Verizon Endless Resources:

Verizon hired Edwards, Angell, Palmer and Dodge out of Boston.

  • They are paying them over 1,000 an hour with the staff they have working on my case.  It cost Verizon hundreds of thousands of dollars.
  • They have been dealing with my case for 2 years now.
    • Do you honestly think Edwards, Angell, Palmer and Dodge, want my case to end.  Some law firms milk companies like Verizon and continue to abuse victims.
  • Now times this by thousands of cases each year.
  • Workplace bullying cost the company’s hundreds of millions a year, and increased unnecessary medical expenses.
  • They rather avoid the issue that harms their companies more, than to deal with the situation.
  • Attorneys from Edwards, Angell, Palmer and Dodge, advised me to my face that: I will never see justice, as Verizon has endless resources, and even if I ever win in court, (which they highly doubt because of the new judge that is assigned to my case, will never allow this case to go to trial, because this judge does not favor discrimination and wrongful termination cases),  they will tie me up in court with appeals, so I will never see a dime or receive justice!

That’s bullying and pathetic at the highest level possible.  Denying people at the bottom justice, Verizon and their attorney’s state in reality – YOU ARE WORTHLESS AND HAVE NO VOICE OR POWER COMPARED TO US!

I beg to differ. My voice is being heard all over the world, and its getting louder each day!
